Aunt Gwen's Chops
boneless, skinless pork chops
mayonnaise
thinly sliced onion or chopped onion
shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
Spread chops generously with mayonnaise. Add a thin slice of onion or some chopped onion, and top with some shredded or grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425˚ for about 30 minutes.
